Thank you for reaching out, I purchased a shoe, a surprise Christmas gift for my wife and I couldnt give it her before Christmas. I gave her the shoe on Christmas and the shoe was too tight I tried to return it but I got email from you guys that the return process was declined because it has passed 14 days. So I want to talk to somebody about it to see if I can get a store credit to buy something else.

The wrong product was shipped. I’ve been trying for two weeks to get their company to make it right and ship the correct item or refund my money.
I was shipped the wrong merchandise over 2 weeks ago and I cant get your company to tell me what youre going to do about it.

I have been waiting for about 7 days and I leave the location that I ordered it too on Friday back to my house from college which is 350 Saint Anns Avenue apartment 6H and its already Wednesday so its like I dont really know what will happen with my package if the address can be changed because nobody will be here if the package comes during winter break.

Bought an expensive Balenciaga card holder. After 3 months- it started to shred which is absolutely ridiculous especially given the price point.
was given no resolution--- they did not try to rectify the issue or anything.
No refund no exhange. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
